Steps of deposit
- Provide a request for rectification of the birth certificate with legalized signature of the person concerned on behalf of the officer of the territorially competent registrar by place of birth
- Provide supporting documents requested
- Establish a list with the names and surnames of the interested parties which will be sent later to prosecutors for the competent court authorizes the addition of names to the birth of the interested parties
