- Request in the name of the President of the relevant local public community.
- Copy (or) building permits attributed (s).
- Approved plans in connection with the issuance of (or) building permits

Remark: As for public buildings (cinema, theater ...), the finding will be done by a specialized technical committee (of which the national Office of Civil Protection is a member).
